Material Spells — 2026
Material Spells is a Master’s Statement written in partial fulfillment of my studies as a graduate student at Cranbrook Academy of Art. The book was designed by Rey Carlson and printed on a Risograph with the help of Brendan Page. Most of the photographs included in the book were taken by me, with a few taken by Daniel Ribar. The book will be launching via Eternal Now in Oakland, California on Saturday, June 13th. This event will include a live reading of selections from the book, accompanied by readings by friends and community members.
